This course supports the training requirements outlined in the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM), as well as the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) Aircraft Handling and Loading Functional Training Specifications.

Examinations are held in March, June, September and December of each year at airBalticTraining, Riga, Latvia.
airBalticTraining will determines the exact date examination. Examinations occur during a 2.5-hour morning sitting Students enrolled in more than one course will be limited to one course examination per session. Exam registration deadlines apply to each course examination. - Students are allowed 2 attempts to pass the examination within the 18-month enrolment period.
- A second failure will cause the enrolment to be cancelled.
