The IATA courses:
- Are available in printed version and some in ebook format and accessible by all electronic devices. Module summaries, key learning points and exercises that address the learning objectives will help you prepare for the exams.
- require a self-study time of approximately 40 hours. You will be granted two free attempts to pass the exams within the 18-month enrolment period. Exams will beorganized at airBalticTraining.
The HMM modules:

- A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of each HMM module to students who pass with 70% and have viewed 70% of the module content.
To claim your IATA – Harvard Leadership and Management Diploma, you must successfully complete both IATA eligible course and the 10 required HMM modules.
IMPORTANT:
- With the eBook version of the IATA course you will receive the course textbook in electronic format at the e-mail address you provide on your enrolment form. You will also be given access to the over 40 e-learning modules of Harvard ManageMentor
- HMM requires the following minimum system requirements: Windows 95, Internet Explorer 5.5, 16MB memory.

Registration and examination information

Examinations are held in March, June, September and December of each year at airBalticTraining, Riga, Latvia.
airBalticTraining will determines the exact date examination. Examinations occur during a 2.5-hour morning sitting Students enrolled in more than one course will be limited to one course examination per session. Exam registration deadlines apply to each course examination. - Students are allowed 2 attempts to pass the examination within the 18-month enrolment period.
- A second failure will cause the enrolment to be cancelled.
